You MUST telephone the surgery first.

An appointment will be arranged by reception.

Our receptionists will ask you for a brief description of the nature of your problem so that they can signpost you to the correct member of the team. They have been asked to do so by the GPs and the Practice Manager and any information that you share with them will be treated in confidence. We would ask that you treat their enquiry politely, even if you decline to provide details.

The reception can arrange appointments with a GP, nurse practitioner, practice nurse, pharmacist, musculo-skeletal practitioner, mental  health nurse, or health care assistant.

Appointments are only 10 minutes - If you think you will need longer please speak to reception staff, or make another apppointment.  Please make a separate appointment for each member of your family.

You may be also directed to the high street optician, or the minor illness service at the pharmacy.

If you are asked to await a call back from the clinician then please make sure your phone is switched on and charged and that we have the correct number for you.

Our surgeries are full so that if you miss the telephone (or video) appointment then we can't simply phone you later. From our side we will do our best to keep to appointed times.

Treatment Room Services offer appointments for dressings, minor injuries, Vitamin B injections.  To make an appointment with the Treatment Room please phone the Community Desk on 0131 537 9945.
