Help us to help you.

NHS Services, including GP Practices are open and it is safe to attend if you need to. Appointments may feel a little different. Some may happen by phone or video link. If people do need to be seen face to face we can arrange that too.

The Accident & Emergency Department is still seeing patients but as always please use it properly. The pandemic does not mean we have stopped seeing patients with other health conditions.

Please telephone the Practice about any health issues you wish to raise with our clinical team. We will ensure that your concerns are dealt with. We are unable at present to carry out Occupational Health Medicals or applications for HGV licences. If your HGV licence is due for renewal it can be extended for 12 months  - see the undernoted link.

Shielding

Patients thought to be at a higher risk should they catch the Corona Virus are being sent a letter from the Government. Click the link below to see what the letter says:

Shielding letter (Update) 140420

Our clinical Team has been given a list of patients who have received that letter and will be contacting each patient to discuss the letter's contents. If you have received the letter and don't think you should have please phone the surgery and make an appointment to discuss it with one of the clinicians. If you believe you should be shielding but haven't received a letter you should also contact the Practice and discuss it with one of the clinical team.
