You can attend video consultations from your home or wherever is convenient by using a device that makes video calls (like a smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer).
Before you can use video consultation you can read the guide (www.nearme.scot) and check that your equipment works; there are instructions for making a test call. You must then telephone the surgery in the usual way to make an appointment.
We ask you to respect the appointment in the usual way: adhere to the time slot, be ready in a private, quiet, well lit space with good wifi or internet connection.
