Video Consultations

The practice may agree that a video consultation would be helpful.

This can only be used for a booked video consultation.

You will receive an appointment time in the usual way from reception.

We use the system called   "Attend Anywhere"

You can attend video consultations from your home or wherever is convenient by using a device that makes video calls (like a smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer).

Before you can use video consultation you can read the guide ( and check that your equipment works; there are instructions for making a test call. You must then telephone the surgery in the usual way to make an appointment.

We ask you to respect the appointment in the usual way: adhere to the time slot, be ready in a private, quiet, well lit space with good wifi or internet connection.
