Please understand that once we have referred you to hospital services, affairs are largely out of our hands.
We don't have access to appointment schedules.
We don't get informed of your appointment at the hospital.
We have minimal influence regarding waiting times.
If a hospital doctor arranges a test then the result will be sent to that doctor, and not to us.
Informing you of the result and acting on the result is entirely the hospital's responsibility.
Once you have been referred, or once you become a patient at hospital, then you are perfectly entitled to correspond with them directly.
You can most easily do this by telephoning the hospital switchboard.
